The full suite is included on every plan. Your choice mostly comes down to how much AI you use.

Plus (2,000 AI credits per month) fits occasional AI use.

Pro (14,000 AI credits per month) is built for everyday work: drafting, rewriting, and slide polish. It also gives you early access to new features.

Ultra (40,000 AI credits per month) is for power users with continuous daily generation, adding priority support and priority access to new features.

Buying for a team? Teams and Enterprise add a shared workspace, central brand assets, and admin roles and permissions on top.

Teams is priced per seat and set up with you after a demo, giving your team a shared workspace with central brand assets, admin roles, usage analytics, centralized billing, and SSO.

Enterprise is tailored to organizations with formal procurement and compliance requirements, adding SCIM provisioning, audit logs, a custom DPA with security review, an SLA, a dedicated account manager, and custom feature development. Your monthly credits arrive as a weekly allowance, giving you a steady supply throughout the month. What a task costs depends on its complexity and the model chosen: a quick rewrite uses a few credits, while generating an entire presentation uses more.

Credits only meter the AI. Nothing else in the suite is counted or capped.

Everything in the suite stays fully functional: charting, slide assets, templates, and formatting tools. Only AI features pause until your next weekly portion of credits arrives.

If you need more credits before then, you can top up anytime or upgrade your plan with immediate effect.

Annual billing is paid upfront for the year and shown as its monthly equivalent. It saves 20% on Plus and Teams Standard, and 10% on Pro, Ultra, and Teams Premium. Monthly billing is charged month to month, and you can switch to annual anytime.

Individual prices in euro markets include VAT. Teams and Enterprise prices are net, with VAT added where it applies. In dollar markets, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You see the total, including any taxes, before you commit.

Adding a seat is immediate and pro-rated, so new team members can start working the same day. You can reassign open seats anytime at no extra cost, and at renewal you pay only for the seats you still need.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle, so you retain full access through the period you paid for.

All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Checkout runs through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax automatically and issues your invoices.

Enterprise agreements can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice, with PO-based procurement and multi-year terms. Talk to sales for details.

Security is always our first priority. Deam is made in Germany, hosted in Germany and the EU, GDPR compliant, and never uses your content to train models.
